Team Requirements
Your team must have a current TAP member that is in good standings with the league
and a non-TAP member.
To determine team handicap, take the TAP handicap and the verifiable non-TAP handicap
using a conversion chart for the non-TAP member. Add the two handicaps together and
divide by 2 to equal the team handicap. Handicap will round up if necessary.
Race Format
Both tournaments are a race to 3 on the winner side and loser side. However, if the team
you play is 2 or more handicaps over your team’s handicap, your team has one less game
to win the match. That changes the race from a 3–3 race to a 3–2 race.
Tournament Format
Double elimination. 8-Ball is played on the winner side and 9-Ball is played on the loser side.
You can pre-register with the League Operator directly. You can also sign up the day of the
event as early as noon at the event table if any spots are available.
